These sessions cater to various age groups:
- Saturday Mornings: (Location: Bellevue Heights Primary School)
- Under 10 Boys: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
- Under 12 Girls: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
- Under 12 Boys: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Sundays: (Location: Bellevue Heights Primary School)
- Under 14 Boys and Girls: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Under 16 and Under 18 Boys and Girls: 7:00 PM
